Experience

Unlike many other recruitment professionals I have real world experience of carrying quota, managing to forecasts, recruiting and managing sales teams across europe. This includes direct sales of enterprise systems, international software distribution through multiple channels to market through to the 'soup to nuts' set up and management of a succesful new EMEA subsidiary for a North American software company. During my sales and sales management career I have run sales operations across Europe and Asia Pacific and as such , I can leverage an invaluable network of contacts across these territories to help you achieve your objectives.With this in mind, you can be sure that my approach to understanding your specific requirements in terms of role, preferred candidate profile, timescales and engagement model will be empathetic.
